Attachment-Based · Relational · Individualised
Specialist support for children with ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or twice-exceptional (2e) profiles — built on 50 years of attachment research and delivered through the power of real, attuned relationship.
The modern-day Mary Poppins — except the bag is full of attachment theory.

For Families · ADHD, ODD, Autism & Neurodivergent Support
You've tried the strategies. You've read the books. You've sat in the school meetings. And still, mornings are a battle, transitions fall apart, and the whole family is walking on eggshells.
ADHD, ODD, autism spectrum conditions and other neurodivergent profiles don't respond to standard approaches — because standard approaches don't account for the nervous system underneath the behaviour. What looks like defiance is almost always dysregulation. What looks like refusal is almost always fear. What looks like a meltdown is almost always a child who has run out of capacity to cope.
The work isn't about control. It's about understanding what's driving the behaviour and building a new way through — together.
01
You are the most powerful intervention in your child's life. This programme works with
you directly — equipping you with the tools for emotional regulation, impulse control and
behavioural response that actually work for your child's specific presentation.
Whether your child has ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, a 2e profile, or a combination, the strategies are always
built around them specifically — not a generic formula. Weekly strategy sessions plus
ongoing WhatsApp support.
02
Regular in-home visits combined with online parent coaching and clinical oversight
from Danielle. Consistent, structured support built around your child's daily life —
homeschooling, transitions, sensory needs, emotional regulation and family dynamics.
You get a specialist in your home without the full live-in commitment.
03
For families in acute need — a child recently diagnosed, a school placement breakdown,
a sensory or behavioural crisis. I come to you. Fully embedded in the daily rhythm of
your home for an intensive short-term period, working directly with your child and
coaching the family simultaneously.
This is a concentrated reset designed to build lasting capacity — not a long-term dependency.
A note on who this is for: This work is for families who are ready to be part of the solution. The most successful outcomes happen when parents are engaged, open to shifting their own responses, and committed to consistency. If that's you — I'd love to speak.
Everything I teach has been lived first.
Day Dreamerz exists because I needed it to exist when I was young — and it didn't. It is built from the work I have done on myself, the research I have immersed myself in, and the deep knowing that these children are not broken. They are just waiting for someone who can finally speak their language.
About Lizz Larouge
I am a specialist in attachment-based behavioural support for children with ADHD, ODD, and Autism — working in the real environment where life actually happens, not a clinical room removed from it.
I hold a teaching degree and practise holistic therapy. I have spent years immersed in attachment research, developmental theory, and the clinical application of both — and I bring that knowledge directly into each family I work with.
My approach is grounded in 50 years of attachment research and applied through individualised, relationally attuned practice. I don't apply a protocol to your child. I get to know them — their cues, their nervous system, their patterns — and I build the intervention from that knowledge outward.
I have worked with families in live-in, hybrid and online models across multiple countries — bringing behavioural support, homeschool supervision, emotional regulation, impulse control and parent coaching under one consistent, attuned relationship.
What I bring
Clinical Partnership
Danielle Huggins is a family and child psychotherapist and the founder of Align Attune
Align Attune is a collective of eclectic, integral healers and creators who have been assisting people in major life transformations for over 15 years — working globally, inclusive of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations and family constellations. Their mission is to help individuals, couples and families gain deep insight and awareness into their inner worlds. Their vision: to alchemize grief, pain and suffering into understanding, compassion and authenticity.
Danielle is an expert in the attachment field. Her clinical work integrates trauma, somatic processing, relational neuroscience and evidence-based therapeutic modalities — with particular expertise in parent-child dynamics and the nervous system patterns that drive family dysregulation.
Together, Danielle and Lizz offer something rare: the full spectrum from clinical psychotherapy to real-world, in-home relational intervention — all within a single, coordinated approach. Nothing falls through the gap.
The Wider Picture
Family wide problem.
Family wide solution.

▲ What the research tells us
Built on 50+ years of attachment research — from Bowlby through to Allan Schore's neuroscience — the field makes one thing clear: a child's nervous system develops in response to its relational environment. The brain is not shaped in isolation. It is shaped through relationship.
When a child presents with ADHD, ODD, autism spectrum conditions or other neurodivergent-related dysregulation, those presentations are never purely individual. They are the product of a system. When we shift the family, we shift the child. This is not about blame — it is about understanding where the real leverage is.
The Approach
Every child arrives with a unique combination of neurology, history, relational patterning and developmental timing. The work meets them exactly where they are.
Anticipating needs before they become behaviours
If you have a child with attention difficulties, you have to give them attention first. We anticipate needs before they are acted out — helping the child be successful before they blow.
Building confidence through micro-successes
Over time, children accumulate fewer micro-failures. As they understand themselves and their patterns better, confidence builds — not through praise, but through genuine self-knowledge.
Challenging internal working models
"Nobody understands me." "I'm dumb." "I might as well give up." These are the beliefs we are directly targeting — through the quality of the relationship itself.
Body awareness & resource-building
Helping children resource what's happening inside them — body scanning, naming states, learning to ask for their actual needs — so everything isn't solved after the fact.
The better a child feels understood — truly understood, not managed — the better they can perform socially, academically, and emotionally.
Emotions that go unmet don't disappear. They accumulate and get in the way of everything: learning, relationships, self-image, and growth. Our work addresses this at the root level.
The relational container we build together — consistent, safe, attuned — becomes the environment in which genuine development can happen.
Why Day Dreamerz
I was the kid you're calling me about.
Lost in daydreaming. Zoning out. Uninterested in school. Asked to leave more schools than I can count. Medicated for ADHD since I was 13. Impulsive. Emotionally dysregulated. A body that never quite felt like mine. A mind that ran faster than anyone around me could follow.
The labels go on and on. And yet, underneath all of them — I was always just looking for me. My truth. My why.
I am no longer medicated. Co-founder of the global community movement Colours of Love. Dream activator. DJ. Poet. Author. Presenter at futurist events in Berlin, Dubai and Paris.
I have lived in the darkness these children are living in right now. I know what it feels like to be misunderstood from the inside. That is why I do this work.
Working With Me
Free Discovery Call
A 20-minute conversation to understand your child's situation, your family's needs, and whether we're the right fit for each other.
Assessment & Proposal
I'll design an initial approach based on our conversation, your child's presentation, and what model of support makes the most sense.
We Begin
We start building the relationship and the structure — together. The pace is set by your child, not a curriculum.
Ongoing & Evolving
Regular check-ins with you as parents. Adjustments as your child develops. The goal is to build capacity that outlasts our work together.
01 — ONLINE
For families anywhere in the world who are ready to do the work.
You love your child. You are also exhausted, confused, and running out of runway. You have tried the strategies. You have read the books. You have sat in waiting rooms. And still — nothing has fundamentally shifted.
That is because the missing piece isn't more information. It's relationship. And that starts with you.
Online Parent Coaching is a monthly 1:1 programme where we work directly on the relational patterns inside your family system — using 50+ years of attachment science, translated into language you can actually use on a Tuesday morning when everything is falling apart.
What's included
How it works
We begin with a 90-minute intake session to map your child's history, your family dynamics, and where the real pressure points are. From there we work in monthly cycles — each one building on the last. Minimum commitment is three months. Most families continue for six to twelve.
Who it's for
Parents of children (ages 3–16) with ADHD, ODD, dyslexia, autism spectrum conditions, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, or 2e profiles who want to understand what is driving their child's behaviour and build a home environment where everyone can breathe again.
02 — HYBRID
For families who need more than a screen can hold.
Some families need to be seen in the room. The Hybrid Programme combines weekly online coaching with periodic in-person visits — either at your home or in a location of your choosing — so that the work moves between the theoretical and the real.
During in-person days, I observe. I sit with your family at the table. I watch how your child moves through the morning. I see what happens in the moment of escalation — and I work with all of you, together, in it. That kind of seeing changes everything.
What's included
How it works
Every Hybrid Programme is designed around your family's specific situation — there is no template. We begin with a full intake assessment, then build a structure that reflects your child's profile, your family's capacity, and what your system most needs right now. Travel and accommodation are included in the programme fee.
Who it's for
Families who have been in therapy or coaching before and felt the gap between the session room and real life. Families in crisis who need regular, grounded, in-person support alongside the deeper relational work.
03 — INTENSIVE
For families who are ready to change everything.
This is the most powerful thing I offer — and it is not for everyone. For one to four weeks, I live with your family. I am there in the morning when the routine breaks down. I am there at dinner when no one is speaking. I am there when your child cannot regulate and you are out of options.
This is not observation from a distance. This is immersion.
In a Live-in Intensive, change does not happen between sessions — it happens in the session that is life itself. I work with your child directly, with each parent individually, and with your family as a unit. We rebuild the relational container from the inside out, in real time, with no gap between insight and application.
Families who have been through a Live-in Intensive describe it as the before and the after. Not because I fixed anything — but because we shifted the system together, and systems, once shifted, do not go back.
What's included
Who it's for
Families in acute crisis. Families who have tried everything. Families with complex, layered dynamics where the standard model has never been enough. Families who want transformation, not management.
